SMARTLOG Hellevoetsluis is fully electric, supplies energy to its surrounding area, has a contracted transmission capacity of 1,500 kW for delivery and 1,715 kW for feed-in, and was built in accordance with the BREEAM VERY GOOD standard.
In collaboration with DHG TwoZero, the available energy capacity can be further expanded through the implementation of additional solar panels, battery systems, and smart energy solutions, thereby ensuring flexibility and future-proofing.

Location
The SMARTLOG Hellevoetsluis site, covering approximately 8 ha, is located in the Kickersbloem 3 industrial park. The property is located in Hellevoetsluis, adjacent to the N57 and near the access roads to the A15, providing easy access to Rotterdam, the port area, and the islands of South Holland and Zeeland. The new Blankenberg Tunnel under the waterway connects the A15 near Rozenburg and the A20 near Maassluis, offering significant logistical advantages.
