Smartlog Heerenveen

SMARTLOG Heerenveen is a logistics complex of approximately 47,063 m² L.F.A. and consists of two high-quality distribution centers, including mezzanines and office space. Located at Mars 6-8 in Heerenveen at International Park Friesland (IBF). Available for lease starting at approximately 10,000 m².

With DHG TwoZero, DHG sets its own sustainability standard. In doing so, DHG TwoZero provides high-quality energy solutions for tenants, both now and in the future. SMARTLOG Heerenveen is fully electric, has a contracted transmission and feed-in capacity of 1,750 kW, and was built in accordance with the BREEAM VERY GOOD standard.

In collaboration with DHG TwoZero, the available energy capacity can be further expanded through the implementation of additional solar panels, battery systems, and smart energy solutions, thereby ensuring flexibility and future-proofing.
