SMARTLOG Oss is a logistics complex with approximately 47,000 m² L.F.A. and consists of three high-quality distribution centers, each with approximately 15,500 n² including mezzanine and office space. Located at Maaskade 17 in Oss on the De Elzenburg industrial park. Available in units starting at approximately 15,000 m² L.F.A.

With DHG TwoZero, DHG sets its own sustainability standard. In doing so, DHG TwoZero provides high-quality energy solutions for tenants, both now and in the future. SMARTLOG Oss is fully electric, supplies energy to its surrounding area, has a contracted transmission capacity of 566 kW, and is built to the BREEAM Excellent standard.

In collaboration with DHG TwoZero, the available energy capacity can be further expanded through the implementation of additional solar panels, battery systems, and smart energy solutions, thereby ensuring flexibility and future-proofing.
